Stretch! Do in seat stretches during the exams to stimulate your blood circulation and improve your concentration.
Unwind before hand. There is such a thing as 'too much studying'. Take breaks in between study periods, but not for too long or you'll become unfocused. Take short breaks for the information to sink in.
Ask questions! If there is something you don't understand, make sure to ask so you understand it when the topic turns up on your exams.
On the exam day, eat lots of bananas, chocolate and caffeine. These will help improve your concentration.
Get lots of sleep! I can't stress this importance to you enough. You need the full hours of sleep (9 - 11 hours) .
Motivate yourself. If you think negatively, your subconcious will do anything in its power to make that come true. Turn that frown upside down!
Take a nice, hot shower in the morning before the exam. Have everything ready before hand so you don't have to rush around at the lat minute.
Always give yourself time to study. Don't study the day before a test.
Take your mind off the exam for a while or you'll be in danger of stressing out. Play with your pet or go for a walk to clear your head.
Eat well. A hungry belly takes focus and concentrtation away from the exam.
CHECK. CHECK. CHECK YOUR WORK. Use all your time wisely.
Before ou go to sleep sprinkle some lavender scent or equally soothing smell on your pillow to ensure you have a happy sleep :)
